Heavenly Warriors Dressed for War (Ephesians 6:10-20)

When someone goes into battle they receive their commands, and they are dressed appropriately for their conflict. The apostle Paul exhorts us to put on the armor of God. Does this mean we have to finish the work of Christ? Does this mean that Christ can only protect us from so many things? Does this mean that we are left on our own to travel through this world to heaven? Why is our stance described as a passive holding? How does this armor testify to the completed work of Christ? If you are curious about these questions please stay tuned as we hear our sermon titled, "Heavenly Warriors Dressed for War."
