Gideon the Procrastinator

Imagine an ideal warrior. What does he look like? My guess is that he is a man of action, and a man who is not afraid of conflict. I bet that he is also a man who will eagerly engage in battle and fight until the end faithfully for his king. These are some of the traits of a warrior, but we do not see these in Gideon. Why would the Lord choose such a man? How does Gideon show that the false gods really are nothing compared to our God? Please stay tuned to our sermon titled, "GIdeon the Procrastinator."
