Let the Thief Labor (LD 42; Ephesians 4:28) | 2009-2010 Catechism Sermons

It is easy for us to go through life thinking that thieves and robbers belong in jail. It might be easy for us to go about our day to day business thinking that we are not as bad as those robbers who belong behind bars. This might be a fine way to console ourselves, but when we consider the Lord commanding us not to steal what does this say about our work? Are we really seeing our work in light of our salvation in Christ? Please stay tuned as we work through the eighth commandment regarding stealing in our sermon titled, “Let the Thief Labor.”
