Who Has a Fighting Chance? (Joel 3:9-16)

The prophet Joel is calling the nations to make war against the Lord. Why does the Lord invite such a thing? After this invitation to war, Joel makes clear that the Lord is going to be the champion because the Lord is strong and mighty. If this is all true, then why would we want to come before this God? God seems so finicky, temperamental, or even moody so that no man would dare to come near him. So, how do we know that we can approach this Lord in confidence? If you are curious about these questions please stay tuned to our sermon titled, "Who Has a Fighting Chance?"
