Today is the Day of Salvation (2 Corinthians 5:17-6:2)

Many times when we make the case that the church is the new Israel we might think of Ephesians 2-3 where Paul speaks of the mystery of the gentiles coming into the house of God, and the house of God being one house. However, in a sense we can see the Apostle Paul’s ministry as a continuation of Isaiah’s ministry. Isaiah predicted the new creation that is to come, but it never came in Isaiah’s lifetime. How does Paul pick up this theme of a new creation and use it to exhort the church? How is this encouraging for us this day as we live before the Lord? Please stay tuned to our sermon titled, "Today, Is the Day of Salvation."
