You can see in scripture in many places that God is a shepherd of His people. I hope that we find our hope in the reality that God is our shepherd. Yet, what does it mean that He is our shepherd? How did we ever receive the privilege of being called His sheep? What comfort is it to know that we are His sheep? Who would have issues with God being a shepherd of His sheep?
