Saying AMEN to a Complete Kingdom (LD 52; Luke 24:36-49) | 2012 Catechism Sermons

Easter is a time when we reflect on the resurrection of Christ. This is a good thing for us to do, but do we really grasp the radical nature of the resurrection? I mean the disciples were with Christ and never seemed to have much confidence that the kingdom would be established after Christ died. So, why is this resurrection so significant for Christianity? Why is this resurrection so significant for our Christian walk? How is this Resurrection the ultimate, “Amen?” If you are curious about these questions please stay tuned to our sermon titled, “Saying AMEN to a Complete Kingdom.”
