The apostle Paul tells children to obey their parents. It is after this command to children that Paul then tells fathers not to overwhelm their children with their discipline. Slaves are to obey their masters, and masters are not to treat their slaves harshly. What is the hope for the slave that is abused? Please stay tuned to our sermon titled, “Motivation to Submit to Authority.”
