It is sometimes easy for us to look at the disciples as individuals who are not that sophisticated. It seems that Christ will say something and it just flies right over their heads. Yet, are we really any better? Or maybe we think this because we are so sophisticated that maybe we have missed the simple beauty of the gospel.
