Many times when we present the gospel to people who are curious about the church we turn to the New Testament. For instance one place we are tempted to turn is John 3 with Jesus talking to Nicodemus about Jesus’ ministry. This is a good thing to do, but are there any passages in the Old Testament that speaks about Christ’s atoning work besides the servant songs? What passages can you recall?
