Holy War Again? (Joshua 22:1-34)

The book of Joshua is coming to a conclusion. The tension at the beginning of the book is finally coming to rest. The eastern tribes have fulfilled their mandate to help their brothers secures the land, and they are told to go home and enjoy their rest. While this resolves one tension in the book there is another tension that appears on the horizon. Will Israel ever enjoy rest in the land? What happened that almost sparked another holy war in this land? Why are these newly established people scared of facing the plagues of the Lord? Please stay tuned as we work through these questions in our sermon titled, "Holy War Again?"
