We do not need to read much of the news to grow discouraged about this life. There are many tragic things that happen each day. These tragic things range from plots of war to horrible accidents that have transpired. It is always tempting to ask, “Where is the Lord in these times?” In these trying times we are supposed to be encouraged by knowing that Christ is in heaven at the right hand of God. How is it encouraging to know that Christ is in heaven? Why should we want Christ to be in this glorified position?
