Lord’s day 23 of the Heidelberg asks the question, “What good is it to know these things?” This is a very important question as the catechism just laid out a commentary on the Apostle’s creed. One way to answer this question is to consider the high priestly prayer of Christ where he commands the Father to glorify Him. How can Christ make such a demand? Why is that demand so significance for us knowing Christ? Please stay tuned as we hear, “Glorify Me.”
