So, Israel is in the promised land, and they have had their covenant renewal ceremony. So, it seems that all is well considering that they reviewed the law of Moses. One would think that since this review is so fresh that they would exercise discretion. However, we find that even Joshua, a seasoned warrior and leader, can be duped. How will Yahweh be glorified?
