Christ's Mission: Success or Failure? (Luke 2:1-21)

Now Luke deals with Christ entering history. Here is the promised child that the scripture has promised. You would think that Christ would be received with open arms with the world coming from all over the earth to welcome this child. However, we find that Christ is born in a stable, and the first people who receive the news of Christ are shepherds. How is this child going to be a success? Is his mission a success? What is the standard success? Please stay tuned to our sermon titled, "Christ's Mission: Success or Failure."
