A Realization of Things Not Seen (Heb. 11:1-16) | 2006-2007 Catechism Sermons

Thank you for downloading our Podcast published on January 21, 2007. Lord’s day 7 of the Heidelberg Catechism answers the question: “How do we know if the mediator is our Mediator?” or to say it another way, “How do we know if Christ is our Christ?” The answer to this question is that if you take hold of Christ by Faith then you have Christ. We look at Hebrews 11 to find that this faith is a gift of God. Rather than seeing these saints as the objects of praise we see that they are manifesting the recreative power of God that lies beyond and behind this age.
