A Flickering Light (John 7:53-8:30)

As Christians we sometimes quote Scripture saying, "Jesus is the Light of the World." This is from the Word of God so what Christian will challenge this claim? However, if Jesus is the light of the world then why is He in heaven? Did Jesus go to heaven because He was sick of it? Is His light somehow compromised because now He is in heaven? Did He go to heaven because He was sick of us? How do we reconcile Jesus saying He is the light of the world with Him being in heaven? If you are curious about these questions please stay tuned to our sermon titled, "A Flickering Light."
