Destined to Be Alone and Afraid? (John 16:4-33)

If we are honest about our view of the Lord we are tempted many times to think that Christ has it easy. I am sure that if we were even more honest we would be skeptical that Christ really has been tempted in every way. If we had our chance to dialogue with Christ at our worst moments we would challenge whether Christ knows how hard it is down here when he is in His ivory fortress. Yet, when Christ gives His farewell He tells His disciples that His departing this earth is for our good. How come this is not merely for Christ's good? How can we say that Christ leaving this world is actually better for us today? If you are curious about these questions please stay tuned to our sermon titled, "Destined to be Alone and Afraid?"
